Who We Are

Our Team

We are very proud of our team here at Lovekeepcreate and we really value their skills. During our busiest periods we all pull together and we have a great atmosphere at work. We pride ourselves on our customer service and quality of our work and we have lots of fun throughout.

Heading up the team are Rachel and Merry who joined the Army together in 2003!

  • Rachel

Rachel came up with the baby clothes keepsake idea in 2011 and has continued to develop the creative aspects of the business as well as designing new products ever since. She also manages the production team and very interestingly has her own Blue Peter Badge!

  • Georgia

Georgia heads up the admin for the business and will often be the voice on the end of the phone for our lovely customers. Georgia has an addiction to chocolate and cakes and also recently shaved all her hair off and donated it to the Princess Trust.

  • Hannah

Hannah is another Plymouth College of Art and Design graduate and is also very talented! When she is not working for LKC she runs her own mini business on Etsy where she sells beautiful make up bags to order.

  • Michele

Michelle is responsible for stuffing and finishing your lovely keepsakes and keeps a keen eye on quality control. She used to work at Jaeger clothing when they had a massive factory based in Plymouth and has a strong background in textiles. She also fosters cats for Cats protection and looks after up to 15 cats at her home – crazy cat lady indeed!

  • Emily

Emily is just so super hardworking – she travels up by train from Redruth every Monday to Plymouth which is over an hour and a half. Emily is responsible for all our weighted keepsakes and is a ninja at balancing lots of things on a small pair of scales!

  • Merry

Merry focuses on the administrative running of the business and can often be found making numerous phone calls and sending many emails. Merry is also the proud owner of a full HGV lorry licence – not that she uses it!

  • Vicky

Vicky is our longest serving stitcher and has a 1st class fashion degree from the Plymouth College of Art and Design. She is super creative and is amazing at making our Christening gowns from wedding dresses.

  • Jasmin

Jasmin also stitches for us alongside her other job managing accounts for her local farm shop. She has a new Labrador puppy called Otis and he loves posing for selfies with her!

  • Marcelle

Marcelle is the newest member of our team and has thrown herself in at the deep end embroidering your keepsakes and also finishing them too. She also restores and makes vintage teddy bears herself and very randomly once appeared on a TV commercial for Co-op.

  • Jan is another super stitcher who finishes off lots of your lovely keepsakes and is particularly good at sewing on the binding on our lovely luxury quilts. Jan also runs another business where she makes, amongst other things, fabulous Christmas jumpers.
